I loved the first film and though there would never be a second! (the directory pissed off some important Hollywood people while making the first one)

I will definitely be seeing this. I loved the first film, and seeing as most of the movies put out at this time of the year are better positioned in a toilet, this will be worth my money. I can only say that the timing of this movie isn't great. If it were coming out in late January, it would be fresh in people's minds just in time for the awards ceremonies. I can only say that movie starring Colin Farrell "In Bruges" related all to well to the original "Boondock Saints" movie.
The justice system of yesteryear was served on a silver platter of absolute vigilantism. While it is more effective than what the current justice system can do with all the regulations and superfluous processes, it doesn't make it anymore right or wrong. Level playing field? Perhaps, but it's debatable. |

I daresay I'll take a look. I didn't notice if Dafoe is also in this one. He'd be a character worth persisting with.
A lot of people in many countries are disappointed with legal systems where the criminal's rights appear to exceed the victims' I was a little reassured this week. A guy who poked a samurai sword into a home invader finally walked from court, the prosecution being withdrawn. There was no question that he had injured the invader using the sword. He had his partner and two children behind him, with the little girl screaming and crying. Any crim who thinks that it's okay to offer violence and include the kids should think twice about what a person with a katana might be inclined to do. |

Yes, the UK suffers from that in some knife stabbing cases. Authorities do double-takes to see if they're future actions will work out or not. If you have to do that, why are you an authority figure? I say that in terms of authority equaling a government group, not individual authority.
In regard to Mr. Katana Sword and the attacker, that attacker was an idiot. |
